Processing Time:
- Orders are verified, tailored, quality-checked, and packaged within 1-3 business days of placement.
- All orders undergo rigorous quality control before leaving our warehouse.
Shipping Time:
- Shipping duration refers to the transit time for items from our warehouse to the destination. We use US Express shipping services for all orders to ensure prompt delivery.
Note: Due to external factors such as the COVID-19 pandemic and unexpected surges in order volume, delays in material production or stock levels may occur. We strive to restock within 4-5 business days when such situations arise.

2. Stock Availability
We work diligently to maintain accurate stock counts on our Site. However, discrepancies may occasionally occur, preventing us from fulfilling all items in your order at the time of purchase. In such cases, we will:
- Fulfill the available items in your order.
- Contact you to offer options: wait for the restocking of the item(s) or receive a refund for the unavailable items.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in your order. Payment for shipping will be collected at checkout, and the amount displayed will be the final shipping charge for your purchase.
4. Returns Policy

- Items marked as "SALE" are not eligible for returns, except if the item is damaged or defective.

- For refunds, the item must be returned unused, in its original packaging, and in a resellable condition.

5.2 Change of Delivery Address
- Requests to change the delivery address can be accommodated at any time before dispatch.
5.3 P.O. Box Shipping
- We ship to P.O. Box addresses using postal services. Courier services are not available for these locations.
5.4 Military Address Shipping
- We ship to military addresses using USPS but do not offer courier services for these locations.
5.5 Out-of-Stock Items
- If an item is out of stock, we will hold your order until it is restocked. Existing items in the order will be reserved.
5.6 Delivery Time Exceeded

6. Tracking Notifications

- If a parcel is deemed lost after investigation by the courier, we will proceed with a replacement or refund.
